Environmental Consultant

We have an excellent opportunity for an Environmental Consultant with proven professional experience in all areas of environmental planning and coordination. A minimum of 3 years experience is required for this position. Based in Dublin, with flexible working arrangements available also. 

The successful candidate will have a proven ability to work within planning and design teams, and be able to demonstrate initiative, enthusiasm, determination and a willingness to learn and to grow professionally. The role offers significant potential for professional development and advancement, working with in-house and external consultants and with a range of private and public sector client teams.

Requirements:

• a recognised professional qualification relevant to the role;
• min. 3 plus years' professional experience in environmental consulting and planning, including in Environmental Impact Assessment, Strategic Environmental Assessment and Environmental Planning;
• Knowledge of relevant software including MS office, GIS, Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent communication, report writing, & presentational skills
• Self-motivation, attention to detail and commitment to high-quality delivery
• Capability to respond to tight reporting requirements, deadlines, and internal reporting arrangements
• Strong inter-personal skills with ability to work as part of a team
