Job title: Project Manager

Location: Cork, Ireland

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to monitor and track progress.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Hydrogeology, Project Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of proven experience in project management.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent people management and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in environmental and/or hydrogeological projects is highly advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to work on a hybrid basis, with the ability to commute to the Cork office as required.
