Key Responsibilities

- Effectively resolve customer service challenges and find solutions which exceed customer expectations

- Delivery of a professional, efficient and timely standard of customer service

- Ensure inbound calls are answered in a timely and professional manner

- Handling any inbound sales enquiries by telephone and email (e.g., speaking with the potential client, finding out their potential requirement, explaining to them how our service can help them and emailing them the appropriate information about our service based on their need)

- Setting up of new client accounts on our Network of Websites

- Posting jobs on our Network of Websites for new and existing clients

- Posting jobs for new and existing clients on our Social Media Network and on our Job Distribution Partner Network

- Updating of existing clients accounts on our Network of Websites

- Telephone and email-based training of new and existing clients on how to post jobs in the most effective manner via our Recruitment Management System

- Compiling job posting performance reports for clients and contacting clients with these results and to get feedback from them

- Organising periodic telephone reviews with clients to gauge their level of satisfaction with our service and carrying out periodic email-based customer satisfaction surveys

- Contacting existing customers via outbound calls and emails to generate sales, up-selling and informing customers of current promotional offers

- Sending invoices to clients and chasing them when necessary for any outstanding payments

- Design of Weekly Jobs Newsletters in our email system which are sent out on a Tuesday and Thursday each week

- Ongoing marketing research-based projects

- Keeping all information up to date in real time in our CRM system (e.g., Client Information, Sales/Customer Service Enquiries etc)

- Processing orders from sales teams and customers via phone, email, and online portals

- Supporting the business on all day-to-day admin

- Supporting the Sales team/Marketing team with any outbound email campaigns

- Compiling a variety of weekly and monthly reports

- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your manager

- Contribute to the overall success of the business and develop new ideas on an ongoing basis on how to improve our overall customer service system and level as well as writing/designing any customer service help guides/system documentation

Key Experience & Skills Required

- Have 1 - 2 years customer service/admin experience or someone who has suitable transferable skills and would like to undertake a career in customer service/administration

- Have some knowledge/experience of using the major social media platforms

- Have some project management experience and comfortable working on multiple ongoing projects at the same time

- Self-motivated and willing to work on your own initiative and collaboratively

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Responsible, flexible, energetic and open to change

- Excellent Organisational skills, detail oriented and willing to go the extra mile

- Strong I.T. capability and excellent data analysis skills

- Good customer care attitude

- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage your time effectively

- A team player with a flexible and adaptable approach in a busy environment

- Results Driven with a positive attitude

- Treats colleagues and customer with respect and is always honest in all interactions

- Ability to clearly explain work being performed to stakeholders

- Contribute to overall team performance, including support and assistance to other team members

Full training will be given to the successful candidate with regards to the various technologies that we use and any documentation and systems associated with our business operations
