Take on a client side role with a multinational financial services firm and one of the global leading brands within the industry. Our US based client is looking for a Chartered Surveyor to join the London business.

If you are MRICS qualified with experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Risk Management or as a surveyor dealing with Quantitative risk then this could be a good fit for you. A strong track record in Technical Due Diligence is essential, and Project Monitoring experience would be advantageous.

The successful Chartered Surveyor will join the Corporate Risk team, where they will collaborate with internal professional staff, vendors, account officers, attorneys and management to ensure the client consistently provides a quality product to our partners and customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and managing the risks associated with construction and real estate loans, performing complex technical consulting and working with the team to assist in developing the construction budgets and managing the disbursement of the construction funds.

You will review and approve construction monitoring reports and loan disbursement requests as well as undertaking site inspections, as required to report on project progress and identify key risk/concerns.

This role is open to an experienced surveyor working in consultancy who is looking to move into a client side role, or a surveyor who is currently working within a Financial Institution but looking to take on a new challenge.
