Overview:

Due to consistent growth, a prestigious, boutique Sustainability Consultancy based in the heart of London, are looking to take on a Sustainability Consultant. The role would suit a candidate with a strong background in delivering sustainability assessments in the built environment, who is now looking to take on a more holistic position to deliver a breadth of sustainability services.

About you:

First and foremost you will have a true passion for sustainability and sustainable design. You will have direct experience and a strong working knowledge of environmental assessments such as BREEAM. Any exposure that you have had with other assessments such as LEED or WELL would make you stand out. You will be confident in front of clients, with the necessary presence and communication skills to engage effectively with senior stakeholders. Above all you will be motivated, enthusiastic and passionate about working on sustainable projects

Keys skills and experience:

* A relevant environmental or engineering degree
* Experience undertaking BREEAM assessments
* Strong familiarity with Net Zero Carbon Standards
* Strong familiarity with circular economy principals, and methodologies for embodied carbon quantification
* Knowledge of other building assessments such as LEED, WELL and Ska (preferred)
* Understanding of sustainability and energy planning policy
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong in a client facing environment
